Esme Learning Refund, Discount and Deferral Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at www.esmelearning.com operated by Esme Learning Solutions Inc. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This policy is in addition to your minimum statutory rights.


If you decide you don’t wish to proceed with the class or programme, you may request a full refund by contacting us before the release of Module 2 of the class or programme. Subject to your statutory minimum rights including the right to withdraw, no refund will be available after Module 2 releases.

You are able to register and enroll for a programme during the orientation module. When you sign up after the stated start date of the orientation module, you acknowledge that you are receiving access to the programme within 14 days of the refund cut off time and you are aware that you have less than 14 days to request a refund.

All refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of approval.

Promo codes

Promo codes or discount codes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be combined or “stacked”. If you defer to a future presentation of a class or programme, the promo code cannot be applied.

Payment plans and failure to make payment

If you fail to make a payment after reasonable notification by the due date for that payment, we may suspend you from the class or programme and cancel your participation at our discretion, and you will not be permitted to join the online learning environment until the outstanding payment is made.


Life sometimes gets in the way. We understand. If at any point prior to the completion of 50% of a programme or class, you decide that you wish to defer your work to a future presentation, please submit to us a brief explanation of your reason for needing a deferral. Subject to availability and presentation schedules, we will endeavour to move your registration to a future presentation, provided you submit your request before the 50% point. Only one deferral will be permitted per registration (for example, you can’t defer from one presentation to the next, and then defer again to yet another presentation).
