Koral Anderson

Managing Director - Group Chief Data Officer, Deutsche Bank

In her role as the Group Chief Data Officer for Deutsche Bank, Koral Anderson defines and drives the data strategy for the bank and champions the buildout of advanced analytics capabilities to enable business growth. Koral joined Deutsche Bank in 2012 as a Managing Director. She has held a variety of roles incorporating operations, regional management, risk management, and programme delivery. Most recently, Koral was the Chief Security Officer and assumed the Chief Data Officer role in 2020.

 

Ajay Bhalla
President of Cyber and Intelligence Solutions, Mastercard

Ajay Bhalla is the President of Cyber & Intelligence (C&I) and is a member of the Mastercard's global management committee. Under Ajay’s leadership, C&I deploys cutting-edge technologies that strengthen Mastercard’s position at the forefront of tech innovation. These span a range of capabilities, including AI-enabled fraud prevention technology that keeps global financial networks safe, biometrics that enable consumer authentication across a range of modalities, and the ubiquitous “one tap” contactless payment experience. Ajay is a CEME (Council on Emerging Market Enterprises) Senior Fellow at The Fletcher School, Tufts University and a Connection Science Fellow at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

 

Lodrina Cherne
Security Services Product Manager, SANS Instructor

Lodrina Cherne has over a decade of experience in digital forensics and a lifelong passion for cybersecurity. Her work focuses on preservation and analysis of electronic evidence including host-based analysis of Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS systems in matters concerning intellectual property (IP) theft, employment disputes, and evidence tampering. She earned a bachelor's degree in computer science from Boston University and has continued her education by earning the GCFE, GCFA, and GASF certifications from Global Information Assurance Certification.

 

Tey el-Rjula
The Invisible Man

After experiencing the financial crash in Dubai in 2008, Tey moved to The Hague, where he became a Blockchain Senior Analyst for wikistrat.com as well as a bitcoin miner. Because of his Syrian roots, Tey was forced to move into a refugee camp for two years after his work permit expired—despite never having lived in Syria. This experience ultimately became the motivation behind solving the “paper-based identity” problem and led Tey to co-found Tykn. Besides fulfilling his duties as CEO of Tykn, Tey is also active as a public speaker and educator on digital currencies and blockchain technology. He is a global moderator on bitcoin.com and established the largest two communities in cryptocurrencies: Egypt, with a user base of 15,000 members, and Lebanon, with 1000 members. He is a candidate for an MSc in digital currencies at the University of Nicosia and has actively issued the biweekly Newsletter for two years.

 

Johan Gerber
Executive Vice President of Security and Cyber Innovation, Mastercard

Johan Gerber is Executive Vice President of Security and Cyber Innovation at Mastercard. In this role, he oversees Mastercard’s product strategies for cyber security, financial crime, consumers, online credential management, and dispute resolution. His responsibilities include overseeing the operations of both Ethoca and Risk Recon, two wholly owned subsidiaries of Mastercard. As head of Mastercard’s Security Standards group, he is additionally focused on facilitating Mastercard’s best-in-class security framework of standards, policies, and technologies that support EMV, PCI, and other industry initiatives to enable a secure and convenient digital transaction ecosystem.

 

Ron Green
Chief Security Officer, Mastercard Operations and Technology / Law and Franchise Integrity

As Chief Security Officer with Mastercard, Ron Green leads a global team that ensures the safety and security of the Mastercard network as well as internal and external products and services. He is responsible for corporate security, architecture and engineering, security event management and incident response. Mr. Green also oversees cryptographic key management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and emergency management. Mr. Green has extensive experience working with international and federal law enforcement agencies both as a special agent in the United States Secret Service and as an officer in the United States Army.

 

Patty Hatter
Senior Vice President of Global Customer Services, Palo Alto Networks

Patty Hatter has more than 20 years of experience leading operations and technology organizations at several Fortune 500 companies. Patty is a strategic adviser, working on product and go-to-market strategies for technology startups ranging from cybersecurity to IT service management to blockchain applications. From 2015 to 2017, Patty was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Services for Intel/McAfee, where she spearheaded the transformation of McAfee's support for enterprise customers. From 2015 to 2016, she was General Manager of Security and Software IT and Chief Information Officer at Intel Security Group, and from 2010 to 2015, she served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief Information Officer at McAfee, Inc. Prior to her employment with McAfee, Patty held executive positions with Cisco and AT&T.

 

 

Simon Hunt is a market leader, speaker, inventor, and author in privacy, encryption, and endpoint security. At Mastercard, he drives Mastercard product strategy as EVP of Cybersecurity Product Innovation, leading the fraud information, standards, cybersecurity, and forensic laboratory teams. Before joining Mastercard, Simon held a number of senior leadership roles within McAfee/Intel Security, including CTO Enterprise Endpoint, CTO Innovation, and CTO Secure Home Gateways. He was also founder and CTO of SafeBoot and EVP and CTO of WinMagic. Simon has a track record of “last 20%” product delivery—turning great technology into scalable, global, and marketable products. He holds a number of patents in authentication, encryption, smart matter, drone technology, network security, and malware detection, and has focused particularly on smart home security and privacy. Simon has a bachelor’s degree in marine biology and oceanography from Bangor University. Simon currently resides in Connecticut with his wife Elle and spends his personal time building houses, diving, fishing, and snowboarding.

 

Kaihan Krippendorff

Founder, Outthinker

Kaihan Krippendorff is an internationally recognised thought leader in strategy, growth, and transformation. He began his career as a strategy consultant with McKinsey & Company before founding the growth strategy and innovation consulting firm Outthinker. The Outthinker Network is a group of high-level strategists and innovators for large global organizations. Quarterly meetings facilitated by Kaihan connect him with both thought leaders and organizational leaders, providing insights about what issues are most relevant, how companies can approach and conquer threats of disruption, and managing transformation in the digital age.

 

Caroline Louveaux
Executive Vice President and Chief Privacy Officer, Mastercard

Caroline Louveaux leads the global team responsible for legal compliance, policy, and regulatory engagement on privacy and data protection at Mastercard. Caroline was instrumental in preparing the company for the EU GDPR as well as for other privacy and data-related laws globally, and also helped to create Trūata, an Irish trust that provides GDPR-compliant data anonymisation and analytics solutions. She has extensive experience in operationalising "Privacy by Design" and advises the company on a broad range of issues, including cybersecurity, data portability, open banking, data localisation, digital identity, blockchain, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. Caroline serves on the Advisory Board of the Future of Privacy Forum and on the Advisory Council of the Center for Information Policy and Leadership. Prior to joining Mastercard in 2007, Caroline worked in private practice, where she specialized in EU and competition law.

 

Steven Marshall
Premier of South Australia

Steven Marshall is South Australia’s 46th Premier. He was elected to the South Australian Parliament as the Member for Norwood in 2010. His electorate has since been renamed Dunstan. In 2013, Mr Marshall became the Leader of the Liberal Party and the State Opposition. He led the Party to victory on March 17, 2018. Mr Marshall is responsible for tourism, aboriginal affairs and reconciliation, defence and space industries, the arts, veterans’ affairs and multicultural affairs. Prior to entering public life, Mr Marshall worked in the manufacturing industry, running his family’s furniture manufacturing business Marshall Furniture starting in 1997. Premier Marshall was integral in the launch of the Australian Cyber Collaboration Centre, established in the Lot Fourteen innovation neighbourhood of Adelaide.

 

Carlos Creus Moreira
Founder, Chairman, and CEO of WISeKey

As Founder, Chairman, and CEO of WISeKey, Carlos Creus Moreira has led his company to continually advance and improve internet trust, cybersecurity, and the internet of things, and to make internet use easier and more secure. From 1983–1999, Carlos served as a United Nations expert on cybersecurity and trust models for organizations including ILO, UN, UNCTAD, ITC/WTO, the World Bank, UNDP, and ESCAP. He is recognized worldwide as an internet pioneer and has a unique profile that combines extensive high level international diplomacy experience with emerging technologies expertise. His profile has positioned him as a distinctive authority, thought leader, and entrepreneurial force in today’s digital world, where the acquisition and protection of identity, trust, and security has become essential for citizens and entities across the globe.

 

Catherine "Kitty" Parry
Founder and CEO, DeepView

Kitty Parry is a serial entrepreneur with deep experience in regulatory technology and finance. In 2014, Kitty was recognised as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum for her entrepreneurial success. She is now Founder and CEO of DeepView, an enterprise cyber security software solution using AI to identify photo and video data leaks. The privacy-forward archiving solution allows employees to use encrypted chat channels, such as WhatsApp, for work chats that comply with safety and other regulations.

 

Beth Porter
CEO, Riff Learning Inc, Managing Director, Esme Learning Solutions

Beth Porter is co-founder and CEO of Riff Learning Inc, a spinout of the MIT Media Lab and the delivery partner for this programme. Beth has worked in product development for more than 20 years, especially on large scale learning systems at Pearson and edX. She teaches IT strategies at Boston University in the MBA program.

 

David Rich
Executive Vice President of Financial Crime Solutions, Mastercard

In his role at Mastercard, David Rich has global responsibility to bring new and differentiated data insights, analytics, and consulting to customers across financial services, the public sector, and businesses, in particular fighting financial crime through the use of advanced analytics and artificial intelligence. Before joining Mastercard, David held key roles at Citibank, leading consumer and small business lending across the U.S. and Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA); commercial banking across EMEA; and small business banking across the U.S. Northeast.
 

Frank Ricotta
CEO and Co-founder, BurstIQ

Frank is an accomplished CEO and impact entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience. He is the CEO and co-founder of BurstIQ, a health-focused global network that connects businesses and people through blockchain. The company’s big data blockchain platform enables true individual ownership and control of health data, sovereign identity services, granular permission-based data sharing, and multi-dimensional regulatory governance frameworks. BurstIQ is the first blockchain company to deploy a HIPAA- and GDPR-compliant blockchain solution at enterprise scale, to be listed as a preferred partner with the International Trade Association, and to be accepted into the UN Global Compact. Frank’s career achievements span multiple industries, including defense, health care, cyber security, AI, and finance. He holds numerous patents in cyber security and machine intelligence. Frank served in the U.S. Air Force and holds a B.S. in computer science from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA from St. Mary’s University.

 

Amit Serper
Vice President of Security Strategy and Principal Researcher of Nocturnus group, Cybereason

Amit specializes in low-level, vulnerability, and kernel research, malware analysis, and reverse engineering on Windows, Linux, and macOS. He also has extensive experience researching, reverse engineering, and exploiting IoT devices of various kinds. Prior to joining Cybereason four years ago, Amit spent nine years leading security research projects and teams for an Israeli government intelligence agency, specifically in embedded systems security (or lack of).

 

Kelly White
Co-founder and CEO, RiskRecon

Kelly White is the co-founder and CEO of RiskRecon, a Mastercard company. RiskRecon is a world-leading provider of continuous security assessments and cybersecurity ratings that enable dramatically better enterprise and third-party risk outcomes. Prior to founding RiskRecon, Kelly held various enterprise security roles, including CISO and Director of Information Security for multiple financial services companies. Kelly’s professional background is deeply rooted in enterprise network and application security assessment and penetration testing, forged during his time as a security consultant with Ernst & Young and CyberTrust.

 

Greg Woolf
Founder and CEO, Coalesce.ai

Greg Woolf is founder and CEO of Coalesce.Info. Coalesce makes artificial intelligence easy for businesses by using a proprietary machine-learning technology that learns to accelerate and improve how people do their jobs every day without the intervention of programmers. A product visionary, Greg brings more than 20 years of vision and experience in delivering state-of-the-art software. He previously founded a fintech company that provides operations and analysis software to investment managers with more than $1 trillion AUM. He was awarded 2015 IT-CEO of the year by AI Global Magazine for his innovative creation of the Coalesce artificial intelligence product.
